For business trips it is important to plan the arrangements carefully before departing. Often tickets will be bought and hotel/car hire reservations will be made. This completed list of all the travel details and arrangements is called the itinerary. It will include:

places of departure/arrival of planes, trains etc.
Details of hotels
booked (including directions, maps etc)
Information about car
hire arrangements etc.
Plus any other
important information needed for the trip.
