You must be able to use a network computer system and network services, and carry out file management activities on your user area, including:

creating a nested subdirectory structure on a network
copying and moving files between drives and directories
deleting and renaming files and directories

displaying directory contents in various sort orders (name, extension, date, size) 

locating files by wildcard search strings 

creating, editing, saving and printing data files stored on a network 

checking your own network access rights 

checking and change your printer server 

checking who is currently using the network 

setting access rights to your files for other users (read/write, read only, no access, with/without password) 

reading and copying files from other users’ network file areas.

You must understand how a network manager/administrator carries out similar tasks on the network as a whole.
